Chapter I

TV series - Short | Drama, Fantasy

A myth unearthed. A soul in exile. A voice breaking through silence.

Inspired by W. B. Yeats’ verse drama The Countess Cathleen, ECHOES is a free cinematic adaptation blending Irish legend, immersive technologies, and physical performance.
Set in a suspended, dreamlike world shaped by sacrifice and forgetting, it explores how myths survive—within us, and in spite of us.

Fusing classical heritage with motion capture and fantastical realism, ECHOES reimagines the story of a woman exiled for having given too much, now trapped in a vigil she no longer understands. Her silent guardianship has turned into a ritual without memory—until the past cracks through, subtle but unstoppable.

LOGLINE

A woman sacrificed to legend begins to remember herself.

PLOT SUMMARY

“Flee,” the voice inside her once whispered. “Flee—and re-emerge.”

Long ago, Caìt surrendered everything to protect her people. Exiled to a remote outpost, she now keeps watch over forgotten lands, her days swallowed by silence and slow decay.
Time has numbed her, the voice within dimmed. Until something—barely perceptible—shifts. A presence. A rupture.
And suddenly, nothing holds. Not duty. Not memory. Not myth.

As past and present collide, ECHOES reveals a woman caught between what she once was and what she might still become.
